I'm not sure about this beautiful song, It's just an attempt. Don't know if they use an
tuning.
Rhytym guitar
Intro/Verse
e|--0------0-------0-------0-------------------------------------------------|
B|--0------0-------0-------0-------------------------------------------------|
G|--4------6-------2-------4-------------------------------------------------|
D|--5------7-------4-------5-------------------------------------------------|
A|--5------7-------4-------5-------------------------------------------------|
E|--3------5-------2-------3-------------------------------------------------|
G A F#m G
Chorus
e|--0--------------0-------------0-------------0------------------------|
B|--0--------------0-------------0-------------0------------------------|
G|--6--------------7-------------1-------------2------------------------|
D|--7--------------9-------------2-------------4------------------------|
A|--7--------------9-------------2-------------4------------------------|
E|--5--------------7-------------0-------------2------------------------|
A Bm E F#m
In the Intro you play each chord for one meassure, in the chorus you play it twice
Outro, (Play the chords for two meassures)
After the last verse play the chorus-chords once, and then play these chords three times
e|--0---------------0------------0-------------0-----------------------|
B|--0---------------0------------0-------------0-----------------------|
G|--4---------------6------------7-------------2-----------------------|
D|--5---------------7------------9-------------4-----------------------|
A|--5---------------7------------9-------------4-----------------------|
E|--3---------------5------------7-------------2-----------------------|
G A Bm F#m
The last chord is
G|----7--------------------------|
D|----7--------------------------|
A|----5--------------------------|
E|----5--------------------------|
Play it with lots of gain and trebble to get the 'waving' sound. The strumming pattern
all the chords throughout the song is something like this:
e|---------x---------x-------x----------------------------------------------|
B|---------x---------x-------x----------------------------------------------|
G|---------x---------x-------x----------------------------------------------|
D|--x------x-----x---x---x---x----------------------------------------------|
A|--x------------x-------x--------------------------------------------------|
E|--x------------x-------x--------------------------------------------------|
Lead guitar
Intro/after the first chorus
e|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
G|--/11-11--\9---\6~~--(7)---\4-----x2-----------------------------|
D|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
Outro
e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|--6--/7--\6--/11--\9-\7--\4-/6--/7--\6--\4--/6--/11--/12--\11--\9----------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Play the tones slowly and hold them for a long time with lots of vibrato, play the last
tones a lot of times.
If the rhytym guitar plays the last chord(5577xx) you slide from the last tone(9) to the
6th fret, and hold it on for a time, like this:
G|---9\--6------------------------|
For the rest of the song, the lead guitar plays, with lots of feedback, the chords, but
only the tones from the D and G snare, so for the A-chord he plays for example:
G|------6--------------------|
D|------7--------------------|
But he does this with some effects and he varries a lot. It's hard to hear and to much work.
Ok, hope I helped you out. If you have comments/questions, or if you know the lyrics (I
find them) just mail me
