Shelter Me Intro Guitar Tabs by Buddy Miller

This is a very incomplete tab.  The main reason I am posting this is that I love this 
song, but have not been able to find a tab for it ANYWHERE.  I believe I figured out the 
first little part, and I am hoping that someone can take what I started and figure out the rest.

I believe Buddy slides up to the first note but I like to hammer on to it instead 
(D--0h2), I like the way it sounds.

If someone can complete the tab I'd be a very happy camper.
