After the solo break, just walk over an Eb7 twelve bar blues until solos are finished. 
For those who don't know it, the 12 bar blues structure for this would go:

 Eb7, Ab7, Eb7, Eb7, Ab7, Ab7, Eb7, Eb7, Bb7, Ab7, Eb7, Eb7

After solos, repeat th head twice, but instead of the second ending, play this to end 
the song.
