These are the Modal scales in C Major,which means that there are no sharps or flats in 
of these scales.
You can move those shapes around into different keys if you want,for example,
if you play all of those scales in the key of D Major then  C# and F# will be the only 
in the scales,
and in the key of F Major the
 Bb will be the only sharp or flat in all of those scales and it will be common to all 
the scales,understand? :)

This part is hard to explain but above see how eg, It's C Ionian and E phrygian...in the 
of D Major those names
will become D Ionian and F Phrygian.
Once you see which one is the Ionian you just work your way up the scale from there :)

You can also play these scales using the bottom four strings of your guitar if you want :)
