Band : Codeseven
Album : Rescue ('2002)
Song : Danger
I'm supposed to put here info so you know Codeseven is a band since it's not
on the list. They're from North Carolina...and they're on The Music Cartel label,
their site address is www.ncmusic.com/codeseven. Good enough?
There's no Codeseven tabs up here, so I'm going to try to figure out some of
their hardcore songs and their newer space-rock stuff also, and posting them
here. Here's "Danger", which is my favorite song off the new CD. It's not
entirely complete because there's some stuff that's hard to hear, such as the
intro and the accoustic guitar parts. Send any and all comments to
DreamWthnADreamX@aol.com or click "correct tab". Tuning is standard, EADGBE.
Intro, clean with delay
E-------11~--
B--9~--------
G------------
D------------
A------------
E------------
This is the main bass riff
G--------------------
D--------------------
A--------------------
E--2-4--4--4-2-4--4--
This is what's played during the verse.
E------------------------
B--9--/16--\9--9/12--11--
G------------------------
D------------------------
A------------------------
E------------------------
At the end of the verse, play the last time like this...
E--------------------------------12~--
B--9--/16--\9--9/12--11--12--11-------
G-------------------------------------
D-------------------------------------
A-------------------------------------
E-------------------------------------
Chorus, Piano transposed for guitar.
E--14----13----14----13----19----18----16----16-----
B-----16----16----16----16----16----16----16----16--
G---------------------------------------------------
D---------------------------------------------------
A---------------------------------------------------
E---------------------------------------------------
And after you play both those again you go into the interlude.
E--14----13----14----13----14----13----19----18-----
B-----16----16----16----16----16----16----16----16--
G---------------------------------------------------
D---------------------------------------------------
A---------------------------------------------------
E---------------------------------------------------
While playing that, a second guitar just hits this harmonic every time
the 19th fret on the E string above is hit.
E--<7>-------------------
B------------------------
G------------------------
D------------------------
A------------------------
E------------------------
Then there's the part right after it, where guitar 1 does this...
E--19~--18~--16~--
B-----------------
G-----------------
D-----------------
A-----------------
E-----------------
And I think guitar two does this...I know the first and third notes are right,
just not sure about the second...
E-----------------------------------
B-----------------------------------
G-----------------------------------
D-----------------------------------
A--9-9-9-9-9-9-9-9-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6--
E--7-7-7-7-6-6-6-6-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4--
That's all I've got so far. I'm sure this is far from perfect, but it's better
than nothing. The next song I should have up is "The Rescue", then "Southie",
then probably "Give It To Us", and some of the hardcore stuff too...I don't care
if you rate this tab or not but please correct it if you can. Thanks!
